Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99 for faster delivery. Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: $19.99 for next-day delivery. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to qualify for overnight shipping.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.
Shipping Issues
- Missing or Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at essentiallifestylesco@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
- We can deliver to P.O. Boxes; however, please note that shipping times may vary.
Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
